打标针有时冲击有时不冲击，刻印的字符残缺不全
Marking needles sometimes impact, sometimes do not impact, printed characters incomplete
（1）气路中和电磁阀内有较多的水，或电磁阀内有杂物。清除气路中的积水，空压机也要定时放水（一个月至少一次）。清除电磁阀内的杂物并加些润滑脂。
(1) The air circuit neutralizes more water in the solenoid valve or impurities in the solenoid valve. Clean up the accumulated water in the air passage, the air compressor should also release water regularly (at least once a month). Clean up the sundries in the solenoid valve and add some grease.
（2）打标针套内（打标针套内和打标针之间）有脏物，用煤油清洗打标针套和打标针，然后往针套内或打标针上加少量（随机配带的）专用的润滑油或白色的润滑脂。

（3）打标针上端的铜与打标头内的"O"型橡胶密封圈接触不好，调整弹簧的长度更换"O"型圈，重装"O"型圈。

（4）气路堵塞或气管弯折造成气体流量不够，打标刚开始时打得深，后来轻或后来打标针不冲击。应检查气路排除堵塞或弯折。

（5）字符的坐标位置设置不合理，太靠边造成一部份笔划未刻印出来，请调整周边字符的坐标位置。

A、关掉电脑重新启动；

要想气动打标机在日常工作中能很好的工作，那就必须做到一下几点：

1.打标针及针套的保养：
1. Maintenance of marking needles and needle covers:
保养时将打印针从针套中取出，用汽油将它们清洗干净，擦干后加入适量润滑油，重新装入即可。该项工作根据用户使用设备的频率进行，建议一周两至三次。
During maintenance, the printing needles are removed from the needle sleeve, cleaned with gasoline, dried and re-loaded with appropriate amount of lubricating oil. This work is carried out according to the frequency of equipment used by users. It is recommended that the work be done two to three times a week.
2.打标机头的保养：定期用汽油清洗导轨，擦干后加入适量润滑油即可，该项工作建议两周一次。同时注意在清洗加油的过程中应尽是避免将油加到同步带上。
2. Maintenance of marking machine head: Clean guide rail with gasoline regularly, add proper amount of lubricant after drying, the work is recommended once every two weeks. 3. 控制器的保养：将控制器电源关闭后，将箱体外盖打开，用干净的友谊比赛空气将内部的灰尘吹干净即可。平时也应多注意机箱外部的防尘工作。
